A network built on experience and partnership

Aurora Fiber Optic Networks' ownership includes nearly all of the the rural ISPs in MN.

This collective network provides connectivity to many cities and towns in out-state Minnesota, as well as transport network connections for backhaul to major metropolitan centers in MN, and ultimately the Midwest.

The owners and operators of Aurora have decades of experience, are well funded, and a commitment to growing the network.

Our roots run deep.

Aurora is jointly-owned by 702 Communications, Fiber Minnesota and their 35 rural telecom members, who provide the final-mile backhaul connectivity for thousands of wireless towers, enterprise, carrier, and small business customers throughout the state - whether they're located in major MN metro areas like Minneapolis, St. Paul, Duluth, Moorhead, or the most remote (but important to connect) areas of the state.

This expertise, especially in rural areas, provides unmatched speed for turn-up and maintenance.
